The location was convenient, just a short walk from the central train station, a big plus for me! The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Breakfast was included and it was a nice touch were good. The room was comfortable and clean!

The hotel is very close to the main railway station. The train station accessibility is a definite advantage. The take-away kebab place next to the hotel added to the convenience, and I found it so useful. Breakfast is included with every stay. It's a great feature.

My room featured fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed, so I could rest well! The room was clean and well-kept. The comfort exceeded my expectations. The hotel shampoo had a pleasant scent. The aroma was good.

The receptionist spoke English well, this was a big help for an international traveler. The staff were helpful. The quick resolution of the issue was appreciated, so I felt taken care of. Reception is available 24/7 which is great. Assistance is always accessible.

I was not thrilled with my room. it looked kinda old. it was a little bit dirty. the bedside tables were broke, and it looked like some wood covering went missing. the area around the place felt a bit dodgy. I saw some beggars around the streets.

the staff was super helpful! i got to check in early, awesome. my room had a mini fridge (perfect for storing snacks!). breakfast was included, and it had a decent spread (i especially liked the fresh bread!).

the street outside was a tad noisy, even with the windows closed.

The room included a refrigerator, and complimentary bottled water was provided upon arrival. The staff members were nice and helpful . I also found the location to be quite central. This facilitated easy access to various parts of the city.

The absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably hot. I found it difficult to sleep well despite the fan and open window, due to the high temperature.
